The hotel is directly across the road from the Millennium Hotel Queenstown where the Conference will be held.
Close to the shores of Lake Wakatipu and 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Queenstown, the Copthorne Hotel & Resort is a 4-star property overlooking the lake. Located on the sixth floor, The Impressions Cocktail Bar and Impressions Restaurant offers expansive views over the lake and mountain ranges.
The hotel has spacious and comfortable guest rooms with some offering views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. Limited parking is available at a cost of $15.00 per night.
Terms and conditions
- Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
- Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of the intended arrival date may be charged full fees.
- Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure.
- In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
- If you wish to request an invoice for prepayment from the hotel please contact leanne@conference.nz.
- If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card please contact leanne@conference.nz to arrange.
